To request a post-purchase action (exchange/refund), please scroll to the bottom of the page and file the e-form attached.
To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received, with the original UJI ticket attached.
All orders are subject to only ONE post-purchase action.
You can request an exchange or a refund. Noting that a mixed request (an exchange AND a refund) must be clearly indicated by the customer in the e-form's comments' section and will only be accepted for items within the same order.
Please note that damaged products, items with removed UJI tickets, or requests made after 14 days from the date of receiving the order, are not eligible for an exchange nor a refund.
*Unfortunately, at the mean time we do not process exchanges/refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).
NOTE: On-sale items and items purchased with discounts are NON-refundable, and are only eligible for a same product size-exchange.
Kindly be informed that shipping fees aren't refundable.
If you request an exchange or a refund, you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping and handling costs.
However, in the case of receiving an incorrect product, damaged, or factory-defected item: we are pleased to offer a full cash-back or a free exchange - according to your preference; with guidelines applicable.
Online orders are subject to post-purchase actions via the below e-form only, manual and/or in-store actions are not supported.
Store purchases:
For all in-store purchases; their exchanges and/or refunds will be processed at our respective stores, only. Online actions will not be supported.
We kindly request that you keep the original purchase receipt and ensure the product's ticket is attached for the process to be easily completed. If you received an online e-payment receipt, kindly make sure it's available on-hand, too when processing the request.
All requests must be admitted within a 14-day period from the date of purchase.
No online orders can be exchanged/refunded at store.
